Transitional Home for Young Women
Program is a transitional home for young women aged 18-24 ( as well as emancipated 17-year-olds) that are aging out of foster care, other group homes, and/or facing homelessness due to abandonment by family or other support systems. They provide family style living, a family support system, life skills training, spiritual support, educational support, and job/employment support.

Application process
Online application at: https://newbeginningsar.com/transitional-housing/application-for-admission. Once application is received and reviewed, the applicant will be called to set up an interview and campus tour.
Eligibility
Prospective applicants must be:· Females between the ages of 18 and 24 (unless emancipated at 17)· Single without children in their care. (Individuals may still apply if they have child(ren) in another's custody/care· Sober and able to pass a drug screen/test and have sobriety for at least 60 days· Able to manage behavioral health issues with medication and outpatient counseling support· Looking for an alternative to homelessness or housing unpredictability· Seeking long-term solutions rather than short-term fixes· Motivated and capable of learning necessary job skills that can be applied to the workforce· Focused on providing for own needs while in the program and upon transition without reliance on government assistance
