Description
This program offers a psychosocial program for seriously mentally ill adults who are 18 years or older and live in Saline County. Members are encouraged to participate in their own treatment planning. A client's team assists with everything from shopping, transportation, and advocacy to treatment and managing acute flare-ups of their illness.
