Application process
To better understand the veteran's needs and situation, an initial assessment will be conducted over the phone. The veteran will be asked about their current challenges, concerns, and goals, as well as any urgent issues that need immediate attention.
Eligibility
Anyone who served in the armed forces and received an honorable discharge or was discharged under honorable conditions.
