Call at least 24 hours ahead of time to schedule pickup times or to arrange special tripsBe prepared to provide the following information: name, address, phone number, date of trip, requested pickup time, any specific appointment or work times, approximate duration of appointment, the exact street address of each location, if you use a mobility device, if a companion or service animal will be travelling with you and if you need assistance to-from the vehicle
