Program serves patients, age 18 and older. It can function as a "step down" program for those coming from acute inpatient programs who need support transitioning back into their home lives. However, the patient does not necessarily have to have undergone an inpatient program first. This is an 8 week substance use disorder program is designed for consumers who need a step-up from outpatient services or a step-down from inpatient/residential care. The IOP provides 9 hours of evidenced based treatment per week.
