Adult Residential Services

Our residential program operates on a 12-month schedule, 24-hours per day, seven days per week, providing for individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. We serve men or women, 18 years or older, providing a transitional period to assist individuals who are moving out of their own homes and families for the first time, encouraging independence and choices.

Programs provides a form of treatment for individuals who have movement dysfunction that uses the multidimensional movement of the horse to improve neurological function and sensory processing. Program is offered by the physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists who have been trained in the process.

Wounded, ill and injured service members may apply to live rent free while going through the transition process. Currently operational in three locations: SoCal program: serves those primarily being treated at Balboa Hospital and Camp Pendleton.Maryland program: serves those primarily being treated at Bethesda Naval Medical Center/Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Fort Belvoir.San Antonio program: serves those primarily being treated at Joint Base San Antonio and Audie Murphy VA Hospital.

Child Services- Developmental Therapy/Early Intervention

We offer a variety of services related to developmental therapy and early intervention including: A Developmental Therapy/Early Intervention program which is a combination of center and home-based programs. It is designed to provide individual training and specialized therapies to individuals (0-3 years) who are diagnosed as developmentally delayed. Children with delays in physical, occupational, and speech development and qualify for services, receive treatment in-center by licensed therapist as a part of their EIDT programming.
