Single Mom Transitional Housing Program

Program provides a two-year transitional living program for low-income single mothers with up to two children ages 10 and younger. Participants are housed in a fully furnished apartment with private kitchen and bath for each family. One bedroom and efficiency units are available. Rental amount includes all utilities and basic cable. Residents must sign a lease and pay a deposit and rent. Provides an Emergency Food Pantry and household accessories to residents. Please be advised there may be a waitlist.

The program provides financial assistance to single parents. The scholarship can be used to cover emergencies - barriers that often keep single parents from attending school or may cause them to drop out of school. Each participant is provided counseling and referrals in the program as they continue their college education.
