Provides a 28 day intensive residential outpatient program and a 12 week outpatient program for people with substance abuse addictions.

Service provides help for veterans and their families in crisis offering Care Coordinator support, Case Management, gun safety locks, Crisis Call line. The program works with health providers and community organizations to help Veterans and their families in crisis including warning signs and tips for talking to children about the crisis.

Program provides Veterans and First Responders injured in combat or the line of duty with the opportunity to #GetOffTheCouch and actively ENGAGE in healthy outdoor activities with like-minded individuals. These adventures foster camaraderie, healing and offer a sense of belonging many have missed since they served.

Provides acute medical care and outpatient services for qualified veterans.

Program offers weight-loss support groups, healthy eating tips, cooking classes, behavioral change strategies, and help increasing physical activity.

Provides a program that prepares veterans for entry into post-secondary education through academic assessment, remedial classes in Math, English, and Science, computer skills training, career assessment and counseling, study skills development, financial aid workshops, tutoring, and assistance with finding appropriate support services for the transition to a post-secondary program of choice.

Offers clinical services such as psychiatry, psychology and readjustment counseling.

Provides non-emergency medical transportation.
