The Kistler Center is certified to provide Case Management, Community Transition, Consultation, Organized Health Care Delivery System Services, Respite, Supported Employment, and Supportive Living.

Environmental Accessibility Adaptations/Adaptive Equipment services enable the individual to increase, maintain and/or improve his or her functional capacity to perform daily life tasks that would not be possible otherwise. Environmental Accessibility Adaptations/Adaptive Equipment is physical adaptations to the home that are necessary to ensure the health, welfare and safety of the beneficiary, to function with greater independence in the home and preclude or postpone institutionalization. Adaptive equipment also enables the Alternatives beneficiary to increase, maintain and/or improve his/her functional capacity to perform daily life tasks that would not be possible otherwise and perceive, control or communicate with the environment in which he or she lives.

Program is an on-site pharmacy to provide clients assistance in obtaining prescription medication. Additionally, individuals in the community, regardless if they are clients of The Centers or not, are invited to take advantage of on-site pharmacy services.

Work Activity is a facility-based service offered through UCP employment services. The service is designed to teach universal work skills to men and women with disabilities and facilitate future employment. This program is income-based, and eligibility requirements are set by HUD and Section 8.

Program provides youth ages 5-19 an opportunity to participate in the youth development educational program of the University of Arkansas, Division of Agriculture, Cooperative Extension Service. Program's youth will learn life skills, enhance leadership skills, and increase self-esteem while serving a number of community service projects.
