Program is designed for motivated youth in foster care who are ready to work toward independence. They will receive the support, training, and encouragement needed to successfully start life on their own.The Transitional Living Program has three phases: Phase 1 is the "Introductory", Phase 2 is the "Transitional", and Phase 3 is the "Independent".
Provides independendant living program for youth who are "aging out" of foster care. Program includes furnished, one-bedroom apartments and life skills training.
Program provides temporary care for youth in need of services and in crisis situations.
Program provides transitional services for clients ages 18 to 24 years old. Services include: Supportive Housing One-on-One Coaching Life Skills Educational and Employment support Mentoring Recreational Activities 24/7 Helpline
Program is a transitional home for young women aged 18-24 ( as well as emancipated 17-year-olds) that are aging out of foster care, other group homes, and/or facing homelessness due to abandonment by family or other support systems. They provide family style living, a family support system, life skills training, spiritual support, educational support, and job/employment support.
